Digital Cassette Duplication - media release July 2002
Simply The Best Sounding Audio Cassettes Available…
Dex Audio are pleased to announce the introduction of Digital Duplication
for Audio Cassettes.
All new programs produced at Dex are now recorded using the Digital Duplication
process. We believe that it’s the first time Digital Loop-Bin technology
has been made available in Australia.
Standard (analogue) loop-bin duplication involves client masters being
transferred to analogue tape duplication masters – and then at high
speed from these tape masters to cassette tape.
With our new digital loop-bin duplication, a digital duplication master
is prepared – and the programs are recorded at high speed directly
from this digital master.
The program remains digital right up to the cassette copies – and
there are significant benefits for our audio cassette clients:
-
Minimal quality loss from your original to the final cassette copies
-
Better balance between L+R channels
-
Clearer sound
-
Less distortion
-
Available for all programs from C-5 to C-126
-
More robust (CD) cassette masters – less chance of damage
to the duplication master and less chance of our client having to
re-supply originals for reruns
With these clear improvements in audio quality and service – Dex
Audio Digital Duplication is a logical choice for clients who demand the
best possible sound from their audio cassettes.
